
In a medium bowl, whisk together the black pepper, garlic powder, olive oil, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce until well combined.



Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Slice the Polska kielbasa into thick coins so they cook evenly under the broiler.



Arrange the chicken thighs and kielbasa pieces in a single layer on a broiler pan. Spoon or brush some of the sauce mixture over the top of the meat.



Broil in batches for 10 to 15 minutes, turning once halfway through and brushing with more sauce after flipping. Cook until the chicken is browned and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the kielbasa is lightly charred around the edges.



Transfer the broiled chicken and kielbasa to a serving platter. Let rest for a few minutes, then serve hot.
