Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked and flakes easily with a fork. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package directions until al dente. Reserve 1 to 2 tablespoons of pasta water before draining.


Use a fork to break the salmon into bite-size pieces, then stir it together with the softened feta and roasted tomatoes to create a creamy sauce. Add the cooked pasta and a little reserved pasta water, then toss until everything is evenly coated. Serve immediately.
