
A refreshing and elegant summer punch that combines floral elderflower notes with sweet strawberries and crisp sparkling rosé. This vibrant cocktail is the perfect centerpiece for garden parties, brunches, or any sunny celebration.
Place half of the halved strawberries into a large measuring jug and pour in the elderflower liqueur. Use a cocktail muddler or the end of a rolling pin to crush the berries thoroughly until they have released their juice and infused the liqueur.
Set a fine-mesh sieve over a large serving jug filled with ice. Strain the strawberry and liqueur mixture into the jug, pressing down firmly on the fruit solids to extract every bit of flavor.
Pour the chilled sparkling rosé and soda water into the jug. Add the remaining fresh strawberry halves and stir gently to combine without losing the bubbles. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
For the best flavor, ensure all your liquid ingredients are thoroughly chilled before mixing. If you prefer a sweeter punch, you can add a splash of simple syrup or use a sweeter style of rosé.
