Start your morning with a nutritious and refreshing bowl of creamy coconut soya overnight oats. This simple, no-cook recipe combines fiber-rich seeds and sweet strawberries for a perfect make-ahead breakfast.
In a 250ml jar or airtight container, combine the instant oatmeal, chia seeds, sliced almonds, and dried cranberries.

Pour the soya coconut milk into the jar and stir well to ensure all the dry ingredients are thoroughly moistened.

Top the mixture with the cubed strawberries and sprinkle the ground flaxseeds over the surface.

Seal the jar tightly and place it in the refrigerator to set overnight, or for at least 4 to 6 hours.

In the morning, stir the oats before eating. If the mixture is too thick, add a small splash of extra soya milk to reach your desired consistency.

For maximum nutrient absorption, grind your flaxseeds just before adding them to the jar. If you prefer a sweeter taste, you can add a teaspoon of maple syrup or honey before refrigerating.
