
Start your morning with these creamy, naturally sweetened banana overnight oats topped with fresh blueberries and crunchy walnuts. This healthy, no-cook breakfast is perfect for meal prep and takes only minutes to assemble the night before.
In a medium mixing bowl or a large mason jar, combine the rolled oats, coconut milk, chia seeds, mashed bananas, honey, and a pinch of salt.



Stir the mixture thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated and the mashed banana is evenly distributed throughout the oats.
If you mixed the oats in a bowl, transfer the mixture into a sealable glass jar. Top with the banana slices, fresh blueberries, walnuts, and coconut chips.
Seal the container with a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the oats to soften and the flavors to meld together.
