
Wash the cucumber and avocados well. Peel the avocados, remove the pits, and cut the flesh into bite-size cubes. Cut the cucumber into similar-size pieces so the salad is easy to toss and eat.

Add the cucumber and avocado to a clean mixing bowl. Toss gently with a spoon or spatula, taking care not to mash the avocado.
