
Make the dressing: In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the lemon zest, lemon juice, white vinegar if using, ground turmeric, grated garlic, sugar, and 1/2 tsp kosher salt until the turmeric is evenly dispersed. Add the Greek yogurt and mayonnaise, then whisk until smooth and creamy.



Fold in the chopped dill and shredded cooked chicken until everything is evenly coated. Taste and adjust with more salt, lemon juice, or dill if needed. Serve right away, or cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
