Place the frozen mango chunks, porridge oats, Skyr yogurt, coconut water, and ground cardamom into a high-speed blender.
Blend on high power until the mixture is thick, creamy, and completely smooth.
Taste the smoothie and add 1 to 2 tablespoons of honey if you prefer a sweeter flavor, then pulse briefly to combine.
