
Prepare the ingredients. Open the bag of mixed vegetables, mince the garlic if needed, and measure the oyster sauce, chicken broth, and salt so everything is ready before cooking.

Heat a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the cooking oil, then add the garlic and stir for 15 to 20 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to let it burn.

Add the mixed vegetables to the hot pan. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes, then add the oyster sauce and salt. Toss well so the vegetables are evenly coated.

Pour in the chicken broth and continue stir-frying for another 2 to 4 minutes, until the vegetables are tender-crisp and any leafy pieces have softened. Serve immediately while hot.
