Start your morning with this vibrant and nutrient-packed blue spirulina overnight oats and chia pudding. This no-cook breakfast is layered with crunchy granola and sweet dried berries for a satisfying, high-energy meal that's perfect for busy weekdays.
In a medium bowl or mason jar, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, blue spirulina powder, and date sugar. Pour in the skimmed milk and stir thoroughly until the spirulina is evenly distributed and the mixture is well combined.

Cover the container tightly with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator. Let it chill for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the oats and chia seeds to fully hydrate and thicken into a pudding-like consistency.

The next morning, give the pudding a quick stir. In a serving glass or bowl, create beautiful alternating layers of the blue oat pudding, crunchy granola, and dried berries. Serve immediately while cold.
For a creamier texture, you can substitute skimmed milk with almond or coconut milk. If you prefer a sweeter flavor, drizzle a little maple syrup or honey on top before serving. This recipe is excellent for meal prep and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
