
Start your morning with these creamy, nutrient-packed overnight oats that practically make themselves while you sleep. This simple, no-cook breakfast is the perfect healthy meal-prep solution for busy weekdays.
In a medium bowl or a large mason jar, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and honey.


Pour in the warm milk and stir thoroughly to ensure the honey is well incorporated and the chia seeds are evenly distributed.


Cover the container tightly with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator to set overnight (or for at least 6 hours).

In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If the consistency is too thick, add a splash of milk. Top with your choice of fresh fruits and crunchy dry fruits before serving.



For a vegan version, use almond or soy milk and swap the honey for maple syrup. You can also add a pinch of cinnamon or a drop of vanilla extract to the base for extra flavor.
