
Chop the ham, onion, cooked potatoes, and Swiss chard leaves into bite-size pieces so everything cooks evenly.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and hot pepper sauce, then cook for about 2 minutes until the onion begins to soften and smell fragrant.

Add the chopped ham and stir-fry for 2 minutes, allowing it to heat through and lightly brown at the edges.

Add the chopped potatoes and stir well to coat them in the seasoned oil. Cook for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are hot and lightly crisp in spots.

Add the Swiss chard and rice vinegar. Toss everything together, cover briefly if needed, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the chard wilts. Serve hot.
