A fresh and zesty lunch option featuring protein-packed tuna, crunchy cucumbers, and a kick of jalapeño. These wraps are perfect for meal prep and stay delicious in your lunchbox all day.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, finely chopped red onion, chopped jalapeños with their brine, fresh dill, diced cucumber, and Tabasco sauce.
Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste, then stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Lay the tortilla wraps flat and spread an equal amount of the tuna filling down the center of each.
Top the filling with the shredded Little Gem lettuce, then roll the tortillas tightly.
Wrap each tortilla in baking parchment to keep them secure and store in the refrigerator or a cool bag until ready to serve.
For a lower-carb version, swap the tortillas for large lettuce leaves. If you prefer less heat, remove the seeds from the jalapeños before chopping. The tuna salad filling can be made up to three days in advance if kept chilled.
