These crispy air fryer pasta chips are a fun, crunchy snack made with cooked pasta, olive oil, and smoky spices. They are easy to prepare, packed with flavor, and perfect for serving with your favorite dip at parties or as a quick savory bite.
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package directions until al dente. Drain well and transfer the hot pasta to a large mixing bowl.
Add the olive oil, smoked paprika, ground cumin, dried oregano, and onion granules. Toss thoroughly until the pasta is evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
Preheat the air fryer to 180C. Arrange the pasta in a single layer in the basket and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes, until the pasta is crisp and golden brown. Serve warm on its own or with a dip of your choice.
Use short pasta shapes such as farfalle, fusilli, or rigatoni for the best crunch and easy scooping. Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket, or the pasta may steam instead of crisping. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 day and re-crisp in the air fryer for a few minutes if needed.
