In a medium saucepan, combine the porridge oats, semi-skimmed milk, 450ml of water, and ground cinnamon.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then immediately reduce to low. Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the oats are thick and creamy.
While the porridge cooks, place the halved bananas in a microwave-safe dish and toss with the orange zest and juice.
Cover the dish and microwave on high for 1.5 to 2 minutes until the bananas have softened and released their natural sweetness.
Divide the hot porridge into bowls. Top each serving with a generous dollop of bio yogurt, the warm bananas, and a sprinkle of toasted seeds.
For an extra creamy texture, you can substitute the water with more milk or a plant-based alternative like oat milk. If you prefer a crunchier topping, try adding toasted walnuts or pecans alongside the seeds.
