
Heat a lightly greased wok or large frying pan over medium heat. Add the ghee, then stir in the cooked rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Break up any clumps and toss until the rice is evenly coated.

Add the egg yolks, chopped onion, bacon, and chopped crab stick. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes, mixing well so the ingredients heat through and the rice starts to turn lightly golden.

Crack the whole egg directly into the pan. Let it sit for a few seconds, then quickly stir and fold it through the rice until fully cooked.

Finish with chopped spring onions, give everything one final toss, and serve hot.
