
Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F. Grease or line a small baking tray, then whisk the chocolate powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Add the egg, melted butter, and milk, and mix until the batter is smooth with no dry pockets. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared tray.



Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the cake is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean. Let it cool in the tray for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
