
Place the salmon portions in a shallow bowl or baking dish.

Halve the oranges. Juice 1 1/2 oranges over the salmon, then thinly slice the remaining 1/2 orange for topping.

Sprinkle the salmon with Old Bay seasoning and sea salt. Rub the seasoning and orange juice over both sides so the fish is evenly coated.

Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and brush or drizzle it with the olive oil.

Arrange the salmon portions on the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 1 inch between each piece. Spoon any remaining seasoning mixture over the top, then add the rosemary sprigs and orange slices.

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Bake the salmon on the middle rack for about 18 to 20 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork and reaches 145°F in the thickest part.
