
Wake up to a refreshing and nutritious meal with these Strawberry Coconut & Cinnamon Overnight Oats. This no-cook recipe combines creamy yogurt, heart-healthy oats, and sweet berries for the perfect grab-and-go breakfast.
In a mason jar or airtight container, combine the rolled oats, chia seeds, and ground cinnamon.

Add the honey, plain yogurt, and milk to the dry ingredients.

Stir the mixture thoroughly until well combined, ensuring no dry pockets of oats remain at the bottom of the jar.

Seal the jar with a lid and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the oats and chia seeds to fully soften.

The next morning, give the oats a quick stir. If the consistency is too thick, add a small splash of extra milk to reach your desired creaminess.

Top with fresh sliced strawberries and coconut shavings just before serving. Enjoy cold!
