In a medium mixing bowl, combine the oats, yogurt, and your choice of milk. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is well-blended and smooth.


Prepare two clean, dry glass jars. Begin layering the oat mixture with the fresh kiwi, sliced bananas, dried apricots, cranberries, nuts, and seeds in any order you prefer.


Seal the jars with tight-fitting lids or plastic wrap. Place them in the refrigerator to set for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight for the creamiest texture.
