
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Lightly grease a medium baking dish, then add the salmon fillet, feta, and halved cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.


Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches 145°F in the thickest part. While it bakes, cook the pasta in salted water according to the package directions until al dente, then reserve 2 tablespoons of pasta water before draining.


Use a fork to flake the salmon and mash the baked feta and tomatoes into a creamy sauce directly in the baking dish. Add the drained pasta and reserved pasta water, then toss until everything is evenly coated. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
