
Draw or print your desired design on paper using dark, bold lines so it is easy to trace.

Place a sheet of parchment paper over the design and secure it so it does not move while you work.

Melt the dark chocolate until smooth, then transfer it to a piping bag or small plastic bag with the tip snipped off. Trace the design onto the parchment paper, using a toothpick to gently smooth rough edges or fill small gaps.


Refrigerate the chocolate design until fully firm. Melt the white chocolate, pipe any accent lines or details over the chilled dark chocolate, and return it to the refrigerator until set again.


Once completely firm, carefully peel the chocolate topper away from the parchment paper and place it on your cake just before serving.
